Second Interim Dividend

The normal pattern for F&C Managed Portfolio Trust plc (the "Company") is to pay four quarterly interim dividends per financial year.

F&C Managed Portfolio Trust plc announces a second interim dividend in respect of the financial year to 31 May 2017 of 1.25 pence per Income share. (2016: 1.2 pence per Income share). This dividend is payable on 6 January 2017 to shareholders on the register on 16 December 2016, with an ex-dividend date of 15 December 2016.

In the absence of unforeseen circumstances, the first three quarterly interim dividends will each be 1.25 pence per Income share. The directors will determine the amount of the fourth quarterly interim dividend when a clearer view emerges of income for the year.
