Change of Auditor

The Company announces that the Board has appointed BDO LLP ("BDO") as the Company's auditor and BDO will undertake the audit for the current financial year to 31 May 2023. As explained in the Company's Interim Report to 30 November 2022, this follows a competitive tender process led by the Company's Audit Committee.

Shareholders will be asked to approve the re-appointment of BDO for the following year at the Annual General Meeting, currently scheduled for September 2023.

KPMG LLP ("KPMG") has ceased to be the Company's auditor. As required by section 519 of the Companies Act, KPMG has provided its statutory statement (the "Statement") confirming that there are no matters connected with it ceasing to hold office that need to be brought to the attention of members or creditors of the Company.

A copy of the Statement has been submitted to the National Storage Mechanism and will shortly be available for inspection at:
