Barry...its a matter of Principle - if V cannot produce evidence of post #627 being changed before end of play today then I will claim prize. I do detect a touch of a bad loser in you Barry from your last post which is disappointing. You just need to get over it and move on there is no use beating yourself up - its not good for the heart.

I think so , you might see with keiths Gloom ( never over optimistic is he )that cScape/ blue sky might be split. As u me have said over the years , many many overcharges by head office eating into profits,and write-downs (to be declared at a later date to come back as profit.)
Merger/RTO most likely at this stage, as in keiths statement concerning the consolidation

In addition, the Board believes that the Company's ability to attract new, particularly institutional, investors would be enhanced and so the liquidity of the Company's shares improved if, following a sub-division and redesignation of the Ordinary Shares, there was a consolidation of the shares then comprised in the Company's ordinary share capital into shares of a higher nominal amount.

Awful results ,very cautious outlook ,as jonc says a big debt on the book owing to the Tax man ,65k profit looking like going back to making a loss if the forward statement is anything to go by.Agree with Jonc a cva is possible ,glad I waited for these horrific results as I wouldnt touch this with a barge pole !
