Well they confirmed that they did not know of any reason for the rise in price so that means no takeover, no rto, no corporate activity and no fundraising in the near term. So I think results will not disappoint and they will be waiting for an uplift in share price before raising funds. Especially if they are generating cash and continuing to pay down liabilities, not need to rush imv.

The Group has continued to monitor the amounts outstanding to statutory authorities and continues to
reduce the outstanding liability. Further reduction in this liability is dependent on the continued improved
trading performance of the Group's principle subsidiaries and agreement from the statutory authorities


....there is obviously still some flexibility for payment off old monies due. I imagine if they see regular substantial payments coming in then they may work with them for another year. I imagine current year payments will have to be made on time.

This is from the Daily mail in 2004,the share price equivilent is £10.50 today
I bought in later at £1.17(£11.70)The company now is older and wiser so its Game on i think.

NetB2B2 firmed 0.43p to 1.05p after its wholly-owned subsidiary cScape launched a tool called The CMS Wizard which will be given worldwide marketing support by Microsoft. The agm was told that trading has been in line with expectations.
