If you buy shares at 50p Now equates to £5.00 like 500 k worth,why would u sell for £1.70. MUCH FURTHER TO GO HERE,

Our director does have most of the shares, so he gains the most.

If we can sort out the paye payment then it is game on - i'm pretty sure what with Keiths £250k and cash generated and possibly a big payment from CIPD then we might not need to raise too much money and hopefully this can be done at a sensible price. I cant see Keith diluting himself with a big chunk at £1.10 or anywhere near it.imv
