The number of shares subscribed for by Tom Ilube has been changed from 73,914 to 73,913 and the total number of shares he holds to from 1,456,026 to 1,456,025.

27 April 2020 - London, UK -Crossword Cybersecurity Plc (AIM:CCS, "Crossword", the "Company" or the "Group"), the technology commercialisation company focused solely on cyber security and risk, announces that following the subscription for 73,913 Ordinary Shares of 5p each ("Ordinary Shares") by Tom Ilube announced earlier this morning, Tom Ilube has 1,456,025 Ordinary Shares representing 28.4 per cent. of the Company's voting rights.
