16/6/2021 07:37 | Would like other people’s perspective on this, no one, the directors, shareholders, not even myself seems to know what is happening within this company. Maybe no news is good news, but clearly a lack of it is weighing on the share price. Some sort of trading statement would be preferred once a quarter at least. But the management here seem to be disinterested in outside investors! | bookbroker
15/6/2021 14:38 | For goodness sake bookbroker, all you seem to do is to attack the management here and also on another mutual stock, Pelatro. If you think that the management is so poor and/or underperforming why don't you just sell out and move on. That is what most investors would do, instead of just constantly carping about them ! | masurenguy
15/6/2021 14:03 | WTF! This is supposed to going up, not down, Morley really needs to pull his socks up, shocking returns for shareholders, I thought he sounded positive last time he repeated himself, clearly market thinks otherwise! | bookbroker
10/6/2021 21:27 | Not surprising when the company seems have so little to remark upon, a feature of their business, be nice to hear if they plan to expand security centre side of things. But a minnow in a big pond as regards the bourse. | bookbroker
06/5/2021 11:20 | OMG ! 😒 | masurenguy
06/5/2021 10:28 | From excitement to misery - yesterday's 1p fall puts us on a "downwards weekly price breakout". CSSG, the world's least thrilling rollercoaster. | effortless cool
05/5/2021 18:54 | No chance of that here, Morley just intent on getting his 200K p.a. for minimal effort to create a growth stock. | bookbroker
04/5/2021 15:25 | Yes, it's getting difficult to contain the excitement ! 😆 | masurenguy
04/5/2021 14:41 | According to the ADVFN Follow Feed, CSSG has "hit an upwards monthly price breakout" today. Not bad for a ha'penny rise! | effortless cool
04/5/2021 14:25 | A £4k buy and a tick up :o)) A combination of an acquisition from that cash pile and organic expansion would be fine by me. | rivaldo
19/4/2021 13:19 | That’d be the day, I’d rather see organic growth by expanding the security centres out of the south and up country! | bookbroker
19/4/2021 12:44 | Nice move up after a 14k buy at 71.2p. With all that net cash (£3.9m) I'm hoping for a highly earnings-enhancing acquisition to further enhance the positive trading. | rivaldo
07/4/2021 12:12 | Well, inform me of something that is positive to the effect that a re-rating of this stock will reflect that view. | bookbroker
07/4/2021 11:55 | I welcome contrarian views on shares that I hold, if they are informed and rational, since it helps to maintain perspective. However, there is a big difference between looking at a contrarian view from time to time, as distinct from being consistently negative. That is just the reverse of the cheerleader coin ! | masurenguy
07/4/2021 11:28 | Just a contrarian, I hold the stock, all I wish to see is them to fulfil what they report in results. That is grow the business by landing and expanding, so far there is little evidence. They have a cash pile, security is a growth industry so where is the news to confirm the statements. | bookbroker
07/4/2021 10:31 | I concur Riv. If you're so determined to be continually negative bookbroker, why do you still remain a shareholder? On the other hand, perhaps you have another agenda here ! | masurenguy
07/4/2021 09:53 | There's definitely an opportunity to adapt the new PROception model to incorporate the COVID opportunity imo - as well as taking advantage of simply the need for additional numbers involved in responsible COVID pass/certificate checking. Let's see if CSSG can take advantage. | rivaldo
07/4/2021 09:16 | Thing is this company relies more on large contracts in its security work, the checking of vaccinated people maybe be more through a bar coding system installed on ones smartphone as far as tracking concerned. Most establishments already use general doormen with SIA accreditation, unless their Fastvein technology could be modified to be applied. That seems to have fallen by the wayside in application by organisations. | bookbroker
07/4/2021 08:48 | It occurs to me that with the likely usage of COVID passes/vaccination certificates, in whatever form, and whether for sports/music/any indoor events or even for restaurants/pubs (unlikely imo), there may be a big opportunity for CSSG in terms of the necessity for a huge increase in front of house reception and security staff. | rivaldo
01/4/2021 07:30 | U might be right, but it is apparent by looking at the company website that very little has been updated since 2019, these are generally the shop window for a company. I should move on from here but it is hard to close a position with the illiquidity in the market, and I am not prepared to get out with no limit. No one else seems to be bothered, the two main directors were paid £400K between them in 2019 alone, that is a considerable amount relative to operating profits. Is that value for money? | bookbroker
31/3/2021 22:58 | I think that you should sell Croma and move on bookbroker. You don't rate the Chairman, the broker or the company's strategy and your posts, which constitute a third of all the posts on this thread, are just largely repetitive. The CEO, Fiorentino is an experienced player in the security sector and does not appear to have much of a military background. This is a very illiquid small cap and the shareprice in companies like this can easily rise or fall on very small volumes. Today, there were just 5 trades totalling 14,292 shares and the bid dropped by just 1p on a wide spread. You would probably be more comfortable investing in a larger cap with good liquidity. | masurenguy
31/3/2021 20:44 | So much for the director purchase, Morley is doing a shocking job of creating value, it’s time this company appointed a businessman to run this company, not have some ex Army officer with no formal accounting qualification. What is going on here? | bookbroker
24/3/2021 07:18 | RNS - director buying. Whodathunkit :o)) It was an Exec. Director who bought that £10k of shares yesterday to take his holding to almost 200,000 shares. Good to see: | rivaldo |
