At today's AGM all the resolutions were passed:



Unfortunately no Investor Meet for interested investors as so many other PLCs are doing.

And still no update note from WH Ireland since....a very long time.

Hopefully WH Ireland will pull their fingers out and finally issue an updated research note. Perhaps even one with some figures in it (unlike many of their other updates).

Nothing after the results, and nothing yet after today's earnings-enhancing acquisition. I would have expected one to be ready to go first thing this morning after the news.

A bargain bolt-on acquisition today....

CSSG have paid a maximum £0.61m consideration for a complementary business making £100k EBITDA and bringing with it £100k cash and a £350k freehold property. You can't ask for much better value than that.

Based in the extremely affluent Cheshire area, so no wonder CSSG are confident they can increase its earnings further, and likely quite significantly:

Cheers EC. So you now own almost 2% of CSSG - I really hope it works out for you as we hope it will.

Your forecasts of 9.69p EPS to next June and then 10.85p EPS make your 131p target perfectly feasible. Especially with over 40% and rising of the m/cap backed up by the £5.4m cash pile.

I'm still hopeful for an acquisition or two from cash to really turbo boost those earnings and lift our sights to anywhere from 150p-200p.
