In accordance with the FCA's Disclosure Guidance and Transparency Rules, as at 31 October 2024, the Company's issued share capital consists of 83,867,102 Ordinary Shares of 1 pence, each of which carries the right to one vote. Of these, the Company holds 2,666,666 ordinary shares in treasury and is not permitted to exercise voting rights attached to these shares. 

The figure of 81,200,436 should be used by shareholders in the Company to determine if they are required to notify their interest in, or a change in their interest in, the share capital of the Company under the Disclosure Guidance and Transparency Rules.
