Lucky the deal is so simple, or we'd never understand it!Can't help feeling CRTM's sole raison d'etre is to bail out Russel Fryer's pre-existing problems in DRC. Not convinced there is much visible benefit for shareholders.

#CRTM $CRTM will release news on the readmission date once the FCA provides it. Currently, it is a Q&A exchange on the prospectus btw the FCA & $CRTM #CRTM

Are there any rules about how long a company can remain suspended and/or fail to report to shareholders?Seems crazy they can persuade us to invest in an open market, then lock up our money and throw away the key. I don't see why the shares can't be traded whilst DRC issues are resolved. I don't believe a false market would be created. What recourse do we have?

Only the FCA can provide a date. It is a waiting game now.

RNS re final proposed deal structure. Anyone know who will own the minority 43% of Madini Occidental? Doesn't Russell Fryer currently control that entity, so would have at least part of the 47% outside of Critical's 57% holding.

Do you know if there are any rules on how long a CEO can suspend a listing? Even Boris couldn't suspend parliament this long. They've taken out money, locked it in and are doing just as they please. How can it take so long to conclude a deal with an entity that the CEO controls already? Completely cynical, if not fraudulent, behaviour.

The latest RNS shows exactly why assets are cheap in the DRC. Its not a reliable jurisdiction at all.

2 RNS in as many days almost bowled me over, till I realised neither said anything of substance. Note the planned additional raise on re-listing. Seems there was always a plan by the CEO that he thought was best not to worry our pretty little heads with. Still, nothing we can do about it Untere l re-listing, so I'll put them in a draw with my lottery tickets.
