- so we can expect these to be revised, maybe after the full results.

Last interims mentioned 83% gross margins and 28% operating margins. Clearly these must have improved further leading to a highly cash generative position. Last interims showed positive net cash flow of 261k.

While these stats are nice to have, its the operational gearing of one or two big contracts that could literally move the mkt cap 100% in a day.

Anyway, nice confirmation of the global company rolling out mp5 outside Aus and into GERMANY and NORTH AMERICA. While no numbers are given, it must have the potential to be multiple times the contract size of Australia.

What is the actual forcast they are beating ?

It's just the interim profit is tiny and this is no 1-3 mil market cap so with the mark up already the valuation is going to be 7 mil+

Trading update for year to 31/12/14, and it's rather a good one ...



The global food company (still anonymous) is taking delivery. No clue to monthly per-user charge, which is a useful metric to compare contracts, I think.

The involvement of Helium Special Situations Fund (over 20%, RNS 30 Jan) went unremarked here.

Helium (a hedge fund, I think) has an impressive record until recently, which has been dismal. See the chart here:



Any ideas as to NMS here? I bought 70k online, inside the spread last week. Small beer, but I don't want to get too carried away!

Thanks jonwig.....I am not qualified to comment but I feel commonsense would say that it would seem to be above board having got this far.
There may be reasons why the time-scale have had to be extended.

The more I read the more I like what I see.
Look at this 'Healthcare and Medical app open day just a couple of months ago in New York....

I saw the proactive video from late last year, and it's impressive that they've beavered away for nearly 20 years on a pretty low-key offering.
But I'm a bit puzzled about announcing a contract with a big food company which they aren't allowed to name.
That's fine - I know all about confidentiality clauses - but he did say they would be allowed to name around the end of the year. Is this less a contract, more a feasibility study?
Some clarity on that would be welcome. In the coming results?

Im just fed up at the moment. Think I have some good small companies in my portfolio but the market is just dead and there is barely any volume in anything. Hopefully this will change soon.

fwiw I have a small holding here - cash flow positive, very high margins, high recurring revenue streams, transformational contracts with global companies, very high return on capital for the software purchasers - all ticks the right boxes, but some concern that the big food company that was going to be announced, has yet to be, or indeed how the global roll out with other un-named global beverage company is proceeding.....

T Shuffle Man I didn't know whether to mark your post up or down but agreed with some of your sentiment in that it seems a good company.

I, however,don't see any reason why it shouldn't change in popularity as its circumstances do and attracts further contracts.
