Creative Education Corporation Plc ("CEC")



CEC announces that they have issued 1,000,000 ordinary shares of 1p at 5p per
share in lieu of fees in relation to consultancy work on Academy Childcare Group
Plc, the childcare nursery group acquired by CEC earlier this year. Application
will be made for the 1,000,000 ordinary shares to be admitted to trading on AIM.
Dealings in these shares are expected to commence on 6 May 2005.



The shares will rank pari passu in all respects with the existing shares in
issue.
