         The Creative Education Corporation Plc ("CEC" or the "Group")

                              Director resignation


CEC announces that David Alexander has resigned as chief executive officer of
CEC with effect from 22nd   November 2006.  Mr Alexander will remain as a
consultant to the Group.



Paul Ayres, currently Executive Director, will step up to interim Chief
Executive Officer and will take over direct responsibility for the day to day
running of the Group.



Chairman Chris Phillips commented, "On behalf of the Board of Directors, I would
like to thank David for his contribution to CEC. We wish him well for the future
and are glad that he will continue to act as a consultant to the Company."
