               Creative Education Corporation plc (the 'Company')



The Company has made an application for 2,276,250 ordinary shares to be admitted
to trading on AIM.



The ordinary shares were issued as a result of the exercise of warrants but due
to an administrative error has not yet been admitted to trading. Admission is
expected to occur on 29 December 2006.



As a result of this admission the issued share capital of the Company has not

changed and remains at 311,615,930 ordinary shares.
