That was an error. Directors aren't allowed to sell shares in close period. In spite of the shockingly bad results, it wouldn't surprise me to see them buying over the next few weeks.

Details of Directors share sales on Digital look have now been removed. What is going on???

I checked with Corporate Synergy, their broker, and Directors still intend to convert the loan stock they took for the freehold property last October into equity at 5p. That's critical because if they tried to get out of that, in light of the share price crash, the company would have negative net assets after stripping out goodwill. The freehold property on the Balance Sheet will give Directors a small window of opporturnity to get out of the mess they have got themselves and shareholders into.

The figure that's hammered the price is the Net cash outflow from operating activities of £1,898,716. The only good figure in the accounts is the 35% like for like increase in revenue to £2.6m. The tripling of overall revenue to £6m is less significant. Oddly, there is no reference to the fact that the Directors converted their unsecured loan stock into equity at 5p last October when they transferred freehold property into the company.
