Creat Resources Holdings Limited (AIM: CRHL) announces the change of General Manager and Company Secretary from Dr Allan Branch to Mr Morris R. Hansen with immediate effect.
Mr Hansen joined CRHL in October 2010 to take charge of the Company's mining operations in Tasmania. Prior to joining CRHL, Mr Hansen had over thirty years of experience in the international mining industry.
CRHL Chief Operating Officer Rex Chow said, "The Company sincerely thanks Dr. Branch for his contribution to the business over the last seven months. We are delighted to be able to appoint Mr. Hansen, whose in-depth knowledge in all aspects of CRHL and long experience in the mining industry makes him well suited to take on these important roles as the Company continues its strategic development in Tasmania."
