There aren’t warrants. No money is going back to the company. They have had it already.
The loan holder is taking equity out of the company to see and recover.

The decline in share price over the year suggests they do not hold. They do not feel worth holding.

Time will tell. I am considering a) when the loan notes have cleared from the 995k to circa £300k and also will need operation and production update

Fairly new hereGetting mixed reports on this stockSome saying it's very undervalued and going to rerate due to big assets and where the share price has been before the breakdowns and seller Others saying further to drop and high risk due to warrants and lack of confidence in the company.I'll put it on the watch list and see how this week turns out....

Not many yet but there is still £995k of notes to come. Let not be so generous and suggest at £0.01. So circa 100mm shares.
Next placing. Starts to look a bit dicey.

Add too a few more issues and a bit of trouble on the debt repYments and all of a sudden holders wonder where the promised value has gone.
Anyhoo. Just my thoughts. I understand you think differently. Perhaps you will get it ramped up enough to cut a small profit out.

I think lochlost is getting a very unhealthy doze of paranoia. This can prove injurious to his health. I mean some have been known to commit suicide over share losses.

So let's all pump up CRA, well just over the weekend as it will surely fall back further on Monday Lololololololol so for the next two days buy buy buy CRA TARGET PRICE 5p

With so much dilution coming down the pipe £0.0075 is certainly realistic.
Not sure I would enter at that point unless the loan conversions were almost clear and there had been an update on production

Just think what further dilution may come if they want to raise some cash.

Consolidation on the cards within 4 months.

This is an AIM stock. There's always associated risks. Far more so with this Company given its dire financial plight this time last year.
But those financial risks & debts & remaining outstanding Notes will disappear should they achieve production targets Q4 and Q1 2019 and beyond.

This was taken out the gutter via significant investment at 3p not so long ago. I am quietly confident this will multi-bag IF production targets are met. And we'll know the answer to that relatively shortly.

some numbers for you

on the 8th Oct company confirmed suspension of £1.17mm remaining loan notes lifted...

Today 13.5MM @ 0.0074 (£100k) and 8.33MM @ 0.009 (£75k) exercised

Remaining notes £995k

at a price of 0.015 (being generous!!) that is a further shares of 66million which can be exercised...

I disagree with Letmepass suggestion there are no more... there are plenty more to come and until they have been shifted I suggest there will be continued pressure on the share price...

yes the company now has new funds raised to update their issues on their operations but given the previous MO of the loan holder..... who converted in 26th Jan,6th Feb, 15th Feb, 1st March..... i would suggest there is plenty more to come

Perhaps when the operations update is confirmed and the issues resolved the position will be more stable.... but for now I believe this will be under severe pressure

Look back at the RNS since Jan.... they keep converting....
this is simply the latest lot....

Forget the hype they may fix the operational issues. They may secure some additional funding... but there won’t be any value for PI.

This will slide and slide and then get wrapped up in a burst of outrage!

yes rodson/danmiller was ramping the hell out of this when it was ALO. It is a familiar pattern of him making uninformed nuisance posts once he loses his cash.

As a bit of background he posted an email on another thread by mistake which was meant to be to his local council. He was complaining about the damp in his council flat and explained he was on disability benefit.

He operates under numerous psuedonyms.
