The Supplemental Offering Circular dated 6 September 2022 has been approved by the Financial Conduct Authority and is available for viewing relating to:

-- the Offering Circular dated 4 February 2022,and the supplementary offering circular dated 9 March 2022 relating to the EUR10 billion Global Covered Bond Programme of Coventry Building Society unconditionally and irrevocably guaranteed as to payments of interest and principal by Coventry Godiva Covered Bonds LLP; and

-- the Offering Circular dated 22 December 2021, and the supplementary offering circular dated 9 March 2022 relating to the EUR7,000,000,000 Global Covered Bond Programme of Coventry Building Society unconditionally and irrevocably guaranteed as to payments of interest and principal by Coventry Building Society Covered Bonds LLP.
