Today's announcement suggests that there is the possibility of a dividend in the forseeable future.

This is the most excitement there has been for a year with CUY.

By the way speculator the total of the pay for all directors in 2005 was £276k and there are 4 of them.

CUY looking good. The business is progressing well and there is plenty of room to expand. They seem to be doing everything right.

Superficially the business model is simple - 2 million+ UK companies/business trying to reach consumers - 1% take up rate by companies for "informative entries" at say £100 p.a or £10 per month per company - Revenue £2 Million p.a.

The issue is implementation costs exceeding revenues. It seems that Scoot had an inability to put customer data on line in a timely manner which caused major disatisfaction to customers who refused to renew contracts. CUY are a B2B and is nto very consumer friendly. I like their equifax credit rating link and some other peripherals. So, if CUY can keep cost structure low then the database, and income stream, may improve over time.

I hope CUY do well but the CUY directory is a B2B directory and is woefully out of date, lacking in useful information and useless for consumers. Just try looking for a plumber. I have a modest shareholding bought at 6 pence. There is a real need for a consumer directory which provides users with more information than Yell, Scoot or Thomsons which are just glorified replicas of paper directories. CUY are not currently focused on this aspect of their business.

CUY seems neglected despite having a better chance than SCO.
