Countryside Properties PLC (the "Company")
Notification of Transactions by Persons Discharging Managerial Responsibilities ("PDMRs")
The Company has been notified that the following PDMRs were granted awards (in the form of conditional share awards or nil cost options) in the ordinary shares of GBP0.01 each in the Company ("Shares") on 12 December 2019 under the Countryside Properties PLC Long Term Incentive Plan ("LTIP Awards"). The number of Shares subject to the LTIP Awards has been determined by reference to the average of the middle market prices of a Share on 9, 10 and 11 December 2019 of GBP4.3080 per Share. The LTIP Awards will vest on 12 December 2022, subject to the rules of the Countryside Properties PLC Long Term Incentive Plan and to the extent that the prescribed Performance Targets have been satisfied.
