The Company has been notified that Graham Cherry, a PDMR, together with his connected persons has sold 3,000,000 ordinary shares of GBP0.01 each in the Company ("Shares") on 31 May 2018 at GBP3.71 per Share.

Following completion of the above sale, Graham Cherry together with his connected persons will continue to hold 5,902,362 Shares, representing approximately 1.3% of the Company's issued share capital.
