Appreciate the feedback you are getting/giving. It would be interesting to know whether there is any genuine expectation on the GSA being signed at all or whether this is just being perpetuated because of the damage to all parties if it was called dead in the water [doubt you will get a true answer to that question but you may get a steer?] If it is expected to get signed, what causes CORO to give any more credibility to this next timeframe than any that we've had over the past 2 years that didn't materialise?

I'm inclined to think every new timeframe is more in hope than expectation and to try and nudge Indonesia toward getting it done by way of some hoped-for sense of obligation they might have with timeframes in the public domain.

Historically they couldn't give a monkeys cuss about whatever dates are in the public domain though or it would have been signed by now.

Oh! How rude?

Only one thing going on here?

Preservation of the remuneration of the BOD.

Parsons dumped two CEOs and installed himself as Executive Chairman. Higher remuneration and oodles of options. And part time. Shareholders be dammed.

When that is understood you know all there is to know.

Be careful.

I'd agree to stop the dilution as it is a material & immediate impact on the company value each time & creates momentum when the selling of the shares happens. I think the absence of any material progress on the renewables ( lots of intentions & spends but everything the same distance away as it was six months ago) means shareholders get to see no quantifiable benefit of using it in that direction. That position would be different if clear & measurable progress was being made.

What do you all want the BOD to do?

They cannot do anything about the GSA, whatever is happening in Bollooxstan is not signed.

Gas revenues are down and there are spending commitments they have to meet, wind, solar and long lead items for Duyung.

OK there is 1.5m Euro's coming in next week but where is it best spent.

Personnaly I would say pay the interest but the CFO will know there are other places it could go.

I think most important is to stop the dilution.

I have had it confirmed that CIP Merchant Capital are one of the CLN holders so no doubt they are holding on until the GSA arrives and will sell then?

Oh! How rude?

When you have more than £24 million of debt and a market capitalisation of £4 million and a shed load of "pigs at the trough", wouldn't it be prudent to get a debt advisor from Citizens Advice to fill the vacant place on the BOD?

Be careful.

Begorah

Apparently they don't have the option to ask for cash just shares or roll the interest to 2024

Unfortunately I was not at the presentation but am trying to have a talk with Parsons.

If anyone is going today please bring up the interest payment to the bondholders. Are shares to be issued ?Why not cash? After two positive RNS announcements and the FALL in the share price are the board going to admit that there is share price manipulation and this could be related to the regular issuing of shares......at predicted time intervals???

Oh! How rude?

The 10 day volume weighted average for debt interest shares starts today.

The shares will be issued on 13 April 2023.

Unlike the price of Coro shares the debt interest is constant.

Will a new strike price for the 70,000,000 options given to Parsons be issued?

Who awarded those options? And why?

The company are lucky to have him as Executive Chairman on a part time basis.

And his cronies.

Be careful.

The loan note holders might not want shares this time around as they will have doubts about being able to offload them at a profit ( or even face value based on the current share projectory) and, based on the presentation and poor RNS's May have run out of faith in CORO being able to get out of this malaise they are in. If I were them I would want the certainty of cash in my hand rather than more shares in a company that seems unable to progress on any front.Maybe some of the current selling is them having reached that decision regarding any current stock they have left.
