05/1/2021 09:15 | it stated quite clearly in that broker note that the loan was in 'friendly hands' I guess that punters are waking up to the fact that Duyung will be sold at some point, but CORO is not under pressure. The friendly hands may want to bankroll the new direction the company is taking as well? | currypasty

01/1/2021 20:21 | Align note is quite detailed and includes this:Investors might have been put off by debt and a lack of obvious progress with little news. It has to be pointed out that James Parsons has a proven track record in renegotiating such debt and anyway the companys 22 million Eurobond issue (raised to pay for its stake in the Duyung PSC) is in friendly hands. Moving ahead, the news flow looks to be good. | nithbank
01/1/2021 17:53 | Align note says Coro could fund its share of the development of the Duyung PSC in many ways. Operator Conrad Petroleum may seek to reduce its 76.5% holding stake with a farm out deal. If Coro tagged along and if the development was project financed on a 40% equity and 60% debit basis – the sort of investment required by the company would most likely be in the region of US$10 – 15 million and not US$20 – 40 million. Obviously, this is all dependent on the development concepts and the market will get a lot more clarity over the coming 6-9 months. What about the Eurobonds circa 23 million? How will they pay them off without selling their share of Duyung. Issuing confetti at current levels would be disastrous for PI's or am I missing something? | digger2779

Looking on a fully diluted basis (1,266,897,635), we have added the funds that would result from the options being exercise of £18.92 million which gives a total of £30.85 million which equates to a share price of 2.44p. | currypasty
