snoopy snipes, just because few previous comments have been made on these threads it does not mean that anyone has missed out.

But you were warned yesterday on these threads.

I was waiting for the top before making money on the way down. Did the same with BEN. Doing nicely now thanks.

Broker valuation still being pushed I guess. The saving grace here is that RoastPR are not involved. If I remember correctly I might have been John Story’s name from earlier. That is always a warning as it was in BEN.

I am amazed how many buyers are still nibbling away even though they are seeing huge chunks being sold.

I would never have been able to identify which Robert O’Brien it was in Compsnies House without First Rate FX being mentioned. I check out everybody on an RNS and their background. Basic stuff (in my mind). Amazing what you can find that they don’t mention.

Great stuff purchase, and it must be opening a BIG sellers eyes if they were not already aware of the information you have just posted, as it seems that fair size chunks are being sold as folks take up stock at around 30p and above.

Love my research clock tower.
Especially when the RNS tries to hide things like this:

“Eco Global Markets Limited, one of the companies wound up this summer, took over £8.5m from more than 230 investors, 50 of whom were aged over 70.”

On 30/8/12 Robert O’Brien signed off the accounts saying net assets of £53,704

On 24/1/23 a liquidator was appointed by the govt.
£11m of cash was found to have disappeared. So did Robert who went to Dubai. So nice he is back in business.

Good research and the way the share price is going today, I would not be surprised to see it back sub 20p very soon.

I am surprised nico115 has not commented about your posts purchase, as his big holding has taken a knock, and if it carries on this way those huge profits will be slimmed down somewhat.

Understanding Robert is key to seeing what happens here.

27/9/21 RNS says “the new office will be led by Robert O'Brien who has joined Cornerstone, as General Manager APAC and Middle East. Mr O'Brien was previously at Vorto Trading Ltd ("Vorto"), where he was the largest revenue generator and built a business line based on inward investment into the UK from Asian clients.”

And “Robert spent the early part of his career at First Rate FX Ltd, a foreign exchange broker where he became a Director.”

Vorto Trading is just another Cornerstone

And their accounts show you only need £4k of fixed asset investment to be in the business. See 7/8/23 filing

And Robert is not the Asian specialist. That is Chen Xu

So, it looks very very odd indeed.

I wish everybody the best. I did my review and I check RNSs down to the finest details. The presence of Robert O’Brien is intolerable to me.

Regardless of those accusations and any bounces here and there, the trend seems set in the downward slope impo, how fast is another matter but every time I look at the VAL chart, I see how quickly a stock can fall if just one large hold decides to bank their winnings.

Still I wish all buyers well and if I am wrong I will put my hands up and admit my error.

Morning Adam and thanks for some sanity on this board!

I would tend to agree the MasterCard was devoid of detail, but Plcs sometimes like to make headlines, but have to show proof of delivery in revenue terms from these partnerships otherwise they get hammered. Remember VLG did same with Chinese partnerships, didn't materialise, their forecasts were not met, down they went!

Either back your accusations up with facts/figures or move on chaps!

People can work out their risks/rewards here I am sure without either massive pumps or massive shorter hyperbole.

Hi QS99

Yes, I agree. From what I can see, the 2023 figures suggest that there arent extra costs and the 2022 annual report has quite a decent amount of detail on the relationship with O'Brien.

Not sure I see a smoking gun here, barring a complete fraud, which any company (Enron, WorldCom etc) would be equally susceptible too...and if you were worried about those, you wouldnt invest in anything.

Good luck QS99
Buyers now are shorters dreams, I expect as they might be the first to exit on weakness which will I assume will drive it lower even faster as the MM make hay.

Unless they have a bunch of exceptional items, which IMO would have to be flagged in their recent RNS updates, then how are there going to be material "extra" costs coming through please?

The accusations above have been of a "pump" - effectively by management therefore, so its a pretty big accusation. All I am doing is asking for those putting forward those accusations to lay out, in one post, their rationale & figures vs what has happened in 2023 and new broker updated numbers - thank you!

Buyers returning it would appear, I have a £10k dummy sale and being offered over 30p already...DYOR

Adam.
The way I see it is they have bought revenue with the Capital Currencies and Pangea FX purchases and these have been paid for with shares. They pay staff using methods that are excluded from adjusted EBITDA and these are rolled up in the balance sheet as liabilities. Now these can be cleared but in cash. They have nothing of their own but are simply a brand layered on AP Asia and Robert O,Brien is clearly behind it.

It is a value trap.

Clever structuring perhaps, however the above quote is from the 2022 annual report, and we know the 2023 outcome frm the TU.

So if there was to be some extra P&L costs after the above arrangement, we can see the costs in the 2023 figures. There doesnt seem to be any extra costs from what I can see .

Am not a holder at present, as only just started researching them
