Thank you Bo, I'm not sure what point OAP is trying to make but whatever it is, it's far too nuanced for me

The Term sheet has already been altered once...seems quite reasonable to assume that if circumstances continue to change requiring the financing to alter then this may happen.

So it was a stupid rhetorical side step then. How is that any different to what I said...Geez louise??

Term Sheet Details:Lionhead is acting as lead investor and arranger on behalf of a consortium of investors including the founders of LionOre Mining International Ltd (which was bought by Norilsk Nickel for US$6.3bn in 2007), as well as the initial investors in Mantra Resources Limited (which was bought by ROSATOM for AUD$1.2bn in 2010). Paul Quirk, a non-executive director of Cora, is a founding partner and director of Lionhead. The Quirk Family are potential beneficiaries of trusts that own 34.55% of Cora through Brookstone Business Inc and Key Ventures Holding Ltd.

Apologies OAP, i thought it was a rhetorical side step... Lionhead are a hedgefund and HNW/ Ven' Cap and officeI'm not aware of any link or connections other than BAU mutually shared interests and the quid pro quo benefits of business engagement.

I asked what's the link between Lionhead and CORA, not whether a term sheet is binding. What is the link again ?

Is this what we're going to play when you don't like a fact OAP?If you genuinely believe a term sheet is binding then crack on I guess. How it pans out really doesn't change anything for me. It was just a post pointing out a very basic matter of fact and it's associated risks. You can choose to balance those risks as you see fit.Personally, i don't think the 25 mill from lionhead will happen but we'll have to wait and see I guess. Now moving on... What did you think about the nigh on 15% dilution recently to advance the drilling with another 4.5 million quid?Seems a bit odd to raise 20% of plant build costs for more drilling in advance of the dfs, if you still have the original build model in sight no... Especially when there's no cash or cashflow in the pot

Yes OAP...Google termsheet and tell me if you still think it's a binding document or not.Like I said DFS might actually make it irrelevant

If that's what he said then yes... term sheets are a very common document, google is your friend here OAP, look up what a term sheet is and you'll see.

Are you saying Bert Munro is lying in the RNS ?

That isn't strictly true, the term sheet is non-binding. It's essentially a gentleman's agreement of a possible binding agreement based on tbc guesstimates. The DFS will provide both parties the benefit of re-evaluting their opportunities prior to committal. I personally think the DFS will blow previous assumptions out of the water and with it Lionhead. I think the asset is probably a lot bigger than what most people realise. 25 mill build and dilute another 10-20% for lionhead. Or dilute by 50% and go for a 100 mill loan and build from Coris bank?Like I've said before, the DFS might not necessarily be good news in the short term for existing shareholders, on the basis of the potential level of dilution.

Bert Monro, CEO of Cora, commented, "We are making excellent progress in advancing the DFS at Sanankoro, which when completed, will unlock the US$25 million Lionhead Capital funding to support the construction of the mine. The recently updated Mineral Resource Estimate exceeded our expectations and set up strong foundations for the Mining study to be completed on with a high conversion to Indicated oxide material. Following the appointment of our consultants and contractors a few months ago, many other workstreams have been successfully advanced with test work samples already in the lab for analysis, geophysics work completed, and drilling programmes underway, amongst many other key steps achieved. With various milestones already completed in the DFS process, the next stage in Sanankoro's development of completing the ESIA is well on track to be finalised in H1 2022." I look forward to giving further updates as we continue to rapidly progress with our plans."

Don't see what the Plat Prat says now, but with today's HUM news, he must be delighted with his huge losses. Of course, he'll say he sold most of them a long time ago (LOL) but the old saying, 'tell it to the marines' would be an apt response, for those old enough to remember the expression.

Arrogance is attacking a valid and rational opinion and not being able to admit when you're wrong. Vicious is then ganging up on someone with a different view and then stalking them from one board to a next.As for my own failings here, you'll have to remind what they are...Again, I said they'll be placings and i said it'll be go back down to 8. What exactly in that is a failing?I was right and you, along with chesty and the likes have behaved appallingly. You're a one stock full tilt dimwit with no clue, found out and left wanting.

You don't seem able to comment on your own failings, Plat Hunter. Unjustified arrogance as usual, with a touch of viciousness thrown in for good measure.
