Here is one that has spiraled downwards and is rightly referred to as a dog share.

This is RTOP which had an IPO price of £1.00 and jumped to an intraday price of £3.14. Now it has crashed to a Friday intraday low of just 11.75p - hard to believe.

Is this fall overdone? Has the market got it disastrously wrong? Why has it really fallen so far? Time to look at this one closely I think!

Well WC8 continues its upward trajectory and now a 23-bagger since May this year. Once a dumped dog of a stock but now Australia's star performer of 2023 - there you go.

Well WC8 continues its upward march closing at 26c today down under. Now I'm up 580% so the 12-year wait has proved worthwhile in the end. The shares are up 1,300% from their low point in May this year - a 13 bagger so far at 26c.

COM 9.9m cash. 31m revenue - growth of 49%gross profit up 44% to 24mSat at 7m market cap. Mad market gives opportunities I suppose

Aura Renewable Acquisitions (ARA) 6.5p Market cap. £682.5K.




ARA is a similar shell opportunity to ROC a year ago:-
• ARA is trading at a significant discount to its cash, with extremely low cash burn.
• News of an ARA RTO at a large premium could well be imminent.

In addition, ARA's chart is breaking out upwards, and its technicals are supremely attractive.

ROC suspended at 4.7p a few months after my above post, for an intended RTO (of the Amcomri Group) at 7.86p per ROC share:-


I.e. 74.67% higher than my tip price.

And ROC's annual report this week stated:-

" ... The Amcomri group consists of a number of profitable companies involved in providing specialist engineering, equipment and printing and packaging services in the UK and Ireland and has been assembled under the aegis of and partly with funding from, Paul McGowan. Paul is perhaps best known for his role as the Chief Executive and then Executive Chairman of Hilco Capital Limited, a retail restructuring business ...
The initial work has included the extensive task of performing audits of the target group’s financial information and making that financial information compliant with UK-adopted IAS for the purposes of inclusion in the prospectus. Work continues in earnest and it is hoped to be able to publish the prospectus and complete the acquisition in the fourth quarter of the year, if not before. ..."

QBT Quantum Blockchain bottomed out at 1.2p/ 1.3p yesterday and should push on back to around 1.6p with news due any time of a tie-up with a Bitcoin miner with QBT's new algorithm.
