Cora Gold Limited, the West African focused gold exploration company, is pleased to announce that it was informed today that following a purchase yesterday of 200,000 ordinary shares of no par value in the Company ("Ordinary Shares") at a price of 16.00 pence per share, Tanamera Resources Pte Ltd, a company controlled by Geoff McNamara, Chairman of Cora Gold, is now interested in 624,242 Ordinary Shares, equal to approximately 1.14 per cent. of the Company's issued share capital.
