iTunes deal for classic TV properties

("Coolabi" or "the Company")

Coolabi announces iTunes deal for classic TV properties

Coolabi Plc (AIM:COO), the media company focused on the ownership and creative
management of high quality intellectual property assets, announces that the
popular classic children's series, Bagpuss, Clangers and Ivor the Engine are now
available to download from iTunes.

Coolabi, the international licensing agent and distributor of the three series,
which were created by Oliver Postgate and Peter Firmin and are owned by them and
their families, has entered into an agreement on behalf of the rights owners
with entertainment company E1 to make the original episodes of these three
classic children's series available through iTunes. Success has been immediate
as, within days of launching, the shows all went straight into the top 5 in the
iTunes Store TV Programmes Kids Chart with five-star ratings.

Jeremy Banks, CEO of Coolabi, commented: "By tapping into the huge iTunes market
with these classic and much loved brands, we can access both adult fans who
remember the programmes from their childhood and kids who are discovering them
for the first time. In addition, this deal enables us to expose these brands to
international markets."

. . . and one the following day! Nice little RNS: a further sign to me that this company is on the road to recovery now.

Hi LUFC5 - good luck!

I am not sure about the institutional investment position, but it augurs well if institutions are backing this.

Your theory about moving on little volume is bearing up already! It has not taken much to shift the share price 10% this morning (unless there are large trades still to show).

I read your piece yesterday then DMOR and yes, it seemed a good time to get into this.
One thing I did notice(correct me if i'm wrong) is the distinct lack of shares in public hands. When I totted it all up, less than 5% appear to be out there.
So I would expect this to move on very little volume, unless we see a major seller, but at these levels I doubt that.
Could be another RGD????

Cheers.

WINS 7.75 : 9.75

EVO haven't budged, so I guess they still have a seller to clear. If you try to buy through TDW they will quote you 9p for stock as they are dealing with WINS on Plus. If you buy through Barclays you can get a quote at 7.95p as they are dealing on the LSE and buying through EVO at best execution. What a bunch of crooks TDW / WINS are. What a fiddle.
