Update re: Interim Dividend
Conviviality Plc (AIM: CVR), the UK's leading independent wholesaler and distributor of alcohol and impulse serving consumers through its Franchised retail outlets and through hospitality and food service, announces that following the suspension of the Company shares from trading and pursuant to the steps being taken by the Company to address the short term funding requirement, the Board have resolved to cancel the interim dividend of 4.5 pence per share that was due to be paid on Friday 16 March 2018.
As a result of the cancellation of the dividend, the Company's cash position is improved by approximately GBP8.2 million.
