The Board of Content Media Corporation plc (AIM: CMCP), a pre-eminent owner of media rights supported by strong film, TV and digital sales divisions, today announces the resignation of Mr Franco Franca as Non-Executive Director effective today.
Mr Franca has been CEO of the Company's largest shareholder Syntek Capital (Syntek) for several years and has represented Syntek on the Board of the Company. He plans to leave Syntek over the coming period and is therefore resigning as a director of the Company.
The Board thanks Franco for his valuable guidance over the years and wishes him well for the future.
