Conduit Holdings today announces that on 4th November 2021, Neil Eckert a Director and person discharging managerial responsibilities in Conduit Holdings ("PDMR") together with a person closely associated with him acquired 67,111 Conduit Holdings common shares of par value $0.01 per share each at a price of 455.84 pence per share. Neil's portion of the acquired shares is 31,238 and his total current shareholding ownership interest in Conduit Holdings Limited now stands at 618,645 common shares.
