Andy,
Wondered if you'd had any luck with the prospectus? I appreciate you won't be able to divulge it's contents, but a smile or a frown will suffice!!

Bobsa thanks, it was explained to me that it was the settlement system that can the problem, also dual listings which is why HSBC do not deal in certain stocks.

In the case of Concorde it was because they were traded on OFEX.

I am still not sure why HSBC cannot deal in these shares, or any others that are dual listed. (OEX) It is annoying but I suppose it could 'protect' the unwary investor.

Don't worry,I'm sure we won't have to wait very long for the excitement to arrive.

Tadtech - Concorde is already available on crest. In my understanding, and I do work in the industry albeit not in dealing, all OFEX/AIM equities can and are held on crest.

OFEX companies have only recently (sometime within the last year) been made available on crest and through external brokers, as it used to be a requirement of the owners (I can't remember which brokers) to only go through them. This is was changed late last year.

All AIM equities should be held through crest, which is simply an electronic holding system.

You will find within the next 10years, certicated and over the counter holdings will become obsolete. In fact this is why there is talk that share certificates are becomming highly collectable, and some can sell for several 100's or 1000's even once invalid, depending on their rareity and looks.

1.88 from 1.77 would benefit CDE by over £800k. If they've already paid by bank loan, let's hope it's out of the recent facility!

leeson,

Yes that's right, I would like to know whether they have already paid via a bank loan prior to the fundraising, or not!

I would imagine the deal was agreed in US$, so it may well turn out to be to CDE's benefit.

andy,

will they raise GBP, but buy with USD ? If the price is already agreed, then the FX rates will save at least 7% from the last two week swing from 1.77MID to 1.88MID. saving GBP of circa 145k's.....

that sound about right mate?

Also wouldn't the 100m dollar loan facility help with further acquisitions and field development with the dollar weakening.

mmorris Mikey,

I would have thought so, maybe a small discount to the current market price, but not much IMO.

Should be a very interesting time Andy :-)

All very Bullish indeed; and I suspect this stock will be picked up more on peoples Radars as we go to AIM.

Lee$on.

And when it does hit one pound, or a squid as I like to say, that will be my 14 bagger :-)

Gutted I didnt buy earlier ; this is dynamite.

All,

we are now a mere six days away from the target AIM float date, so we may have an interesting week ahead of us.

In particular, I am hoping to aquire an AIM addmission document to see just what CDE are saying about their prospects and plans in Russia.

Once on AIM, we should have much better access to information about CDE, and we may finally have some numbers to crunch, although I think we may have to wait a little time for production to be increased at Pechora.

I am interested in production costs and taxes in Russia, as well as their revenue expectations if they sell with Russia itself.
