Just looking at the last set of annual figures.... this company operates on a minute profit margin.

One contract cancellation and your profits are going to get hammered.

Having said that, strip out the cash from the market cap and eps are about 8 pence historically with 96% growth in the last period.

It's a little teaser of a share !!!

It is very strange why the company share price has fallen so far. As far as I am concerned the company is progressing very well and has put positive vibes out on its current trading. If the results are in line with expectations the cash held should equal the market capitalisation !!

AGM Statement


I am pleased to report that profits during the first quarter to 31 July 2001
were ahead of the comparable period last year. Contracted revenues in
Outsourcing, Remote Support and Hardware Support, showed good year on year
growth. However, product sales are lower than the previous year due to the
general weakness in the market for IT hardware. The Directors are confident
that the strong services trading will lead to a satisfactory outcome for the
year, provided there is no significant further deterioration in the market for
IT hardware.
