The Board announces that it is in discussions with 
Oliver Ashworth Group PLC, a subsidiary of Compagnie de 
Saint-Gobain, in connection with the disposal of the 
business and certain assets of Walker and Staff 
Limited.  A further announcement is expected to be made 
shortly.

In the meantime, shareholders are advised to take no 
action pending further advice from the Board.
