19/4/2016 07:33 | Thanks for the information zho. As my shares are held in nominee accounts I did not get the notification. I tried to find the date on the investors section of the website but I could not see it. I want to attend this year but, as ever, it is a matter of juggling work and other commitments. Mike | mikeelkin
17/4/2016 17:14 | The AGM is to be held at 12 noon on 12 May 2016 at the oŠces of Eversheds LLP, 1 Wood Street, London EC2V 7WS. | zho
17/4/2016 17:04 | Does anybody know the date and venue of the AGM? It was May 7th last year so I presume it is in about three weeks. There's no mention of it that I can see on the company website. Thanks. Mike Elkin | mikeelkin
15/4/2016 22:25 | Odd, didn't they sell below 10% on the 4th of this month. | owenski
15/4/2016 14:56 | Good to see Henderson buying and climbing above 10% - they have a habit of acquiring large stakes and keeping on buying until they get 20%-29%, so let's hope that's their aim here: | rivaldo
14/4/2016 11:42 | Print is winner in £9m EU Referendum leaflet row - "The government has not responded to requests for information but PrintWeek understand the 27 million leaflets were procured via Williams Lea, which holds the HMRC Print Vendor Partner contract with the government." | speedsgh

11/4/2016 17:11 | Is it too much to hope for that we are in an "upward channel" on the chart? Anything to try and look for a bright side!! | dahhad
10/4/2016 10:49 | Reads well re the pipeline etc... "PSONA Films maintains No6 position in Televisual’s Corporate Top 50 for 2016 07 April 2016 PSONA Films, part of PSONA, Communisis’ integrated creative ‘one-stop-shop This is a strong result against intense competition within the marketplace from traditional peers and an ever expanding group that includes commercials producers and broadcasters; some other established production houses have drifted out of the top 6. Remaining a valued partner to long term clients such as BP has been a big factor for this year’s result, but building upon newer relationships with clients such as Pitney Bowes, AXA and Bayer has also made a significant contribution. Katy Eyre, Managing Director at PSONA Films explains how things have evolved since Jacaranda was integrated into PSONA 15 months ago: “We are finding that Clients still value the true depth of our experience as well our ability to maximise the value of their investment across their projects. The most pertinent observation this year is the desire to create content that is shareable from inception and the ability to creatively ensure viewers don’t click away in the first five seconds”. Clients are also recognising the value of using a creative production house that sits within an integrated group, Katy goes on to say: “Our clients love the fact that we are now part of a broader offering to which they have full access. The ability to work with creatives who can weave a message seamlessly through all communications is a real winner”. PSONA Films has more exciting work in production and in the pipeline for the rest of 2016 with great potential for further industry recognition." | rivaldo
08/4/2016 18:45 | Well I'm optimistic on the company's performance but who knows how long it may take the share price to react. The market is still sceptical at present and rightly so after the past disappointments. I suppose you could say I'm cautiously optimistic on the whole! | junior21
08/4/2016 08:45 | Have you any particular year in mind junior21? I certainly like your optimism and I hope you are right!! | dahhad
07/4/2016 20:38 | Unlike last year, the currency movements are heading in our favour. It's been mentioned here before but if the exchange rates move back to 2015 figures then that alone would increase the adj eps to 5.59p. Factor in an underlying growth rate of 15% then eps of 6.4p could be achievable. That would be 10% above current consensus forecasts. That said I'd rather the forecasts stay as they are and I wake up one morning to an ahead of market expectations statement. This I feel would really get the share price moving especially if combined with a further reduction in debt and improved free cash flow, both of which are mentioned in prior outlook statements. An undemanding P/E ratio of 12 could see us back to 70p territory come the end of the year. | junior21
07/4/2016 12:57 | Print market expected to remain robust over the next few years. The Future of Global Printing to 2020 Smithers Pira forecasts annual growth of 2% per year from now to 2020, driven by growth in package printing, continued growth in emerging economies, and added-value opportunities associated with digital print. Global printing output is projected to reach $870 billion for the full year 2015 after a year in which there was a degree of stabilisation in demand in some mature graphic print markets. Smithers Pira forecasts annual growth of 2% per year from now to 2020, driven by growth in package printing, continued growth in emerging economies, and added-value opportunities associated with digital print. NB: Communisis features in the report. If someone has a spare £4200 lying around they could buy it and let us know what it says about them !:-) | masurenguy
