19/9/2017 11:25 | ECHO did premium placing and share price has been risen from the bottom. CERP is effectively doing the same and i expect share price soon to be above 10p. time will tell | nash81
19/9/2017 10:17 | -- The Company has also recently amended certain aspects of the convertible loan facility it has with Lind Partners, which includes an immediate increase in the conversion price by 50% for the current loan amount of US$1,344,000 from 3p per share to 4.5p per share, the granting of 17,997,308 shares to be escrowed from issue for at least six months and the conversion of the next monthly repayment to shares./////Here Northpole2,the next 6 monthly repayments will be in shares, this is from the interims. | 12bn
19/9/2017 10:06 | offerman, a couple of weeks before Leo's appointment was announced, one of the big holders - BigJ or something or other on LSE posted that it was great when a plan comes together. At the time, no-one knew what he meant but he was obviously involved in persuading Leo to sign up. Bearing in mind that David Lenigas didn't know what was happening until it was publicly announced, it was a great coup on many fronts. Let's hope that he and his team stay until they have made us all very wealthy. | the guardian
19/9/2017 09:42 | any good news ops updates that come from company jus goin to be sold into by lind that why it not goin anywheres you puttin in all the risk jus so lind can get 30% profit on 3p stock you stupid if you line that company pockets | fsawatcher
19/9/2017 09:34 | North,Spot on. Absoloutely agree happy Christmas Stuart Ahmed et al. | offerman
19/9/2017 09:22 | All I'd like you to also remember Stewart Ahmed whom is directly responsible for overcoming some technical issues at Gudron.... we are also very lucky to have him on board too... | thenorth
19/9/2017 09:19 | 12bn ... you want fair discussion. Fine. But you have never offered fair discussion. All you talk about is historical numbers before LK joined, seda nonsense. Where has the Company said it will repay the remaining Lind loan in shares? It hasn't! Lind have signed a legal agreement and escrowed the stock. How can you dump stock which you haven't got? And why would they dump it anyway when the price has risen so much recently? Are they stupid? | northpole2
19/9/2017 09:12 | Who says Christmases don't come early. I actually believe this year it most certainly has and LK I reckon you are the genuine existing Santa that has brought already a lot of joy to holders and the share price with much more to come.So a very very very very stupidly early happy Christmas to Leo Claus :-)))) | offerman
19/9/2017 09:11 | Edgein - 19 Sep 2017 - 08:16 - 705 of 713 -Thanks for that mate.Yes obviously I know Leo did not just phone up and say I want NR haha :-))My question was more who managed to get LK.Also thanks for the vene information I did not know that was only 4 miles from SWP. Chances are then that it could be one large area crossing over into multiple licenses?? ? | offerman
19/9/2017 09:10 | Just a reminder for anyone that actually reads this thread - 550 bopd abd CERP are cash flow positive and at the moment we are 100bopd under that figure with extra bopd being added every week... oh and the small matter of water flooding to consider where 1000bopd from one well alone is possible according to the new management team...Please listen to the video taken at the AGM that is on the companies website.... it contains this and even more facts...CERP Buy Columbus Energy as a ten bagger says Andrew Monk (with charts)... and ANO Total loonhttp://shareprop | thenorth
19/9/2017 09:02 | I would sell today, with 20m shares about to be dumped at some point and Lind getting more shares every month what Cerp has is a death spiral imo. This has been pumped up and now it will be dumped and the long term holders, idiots like ThickoNorth will just hold as the share price drops and drops. They did the same at 5p,4p,3p,2p,1p,0.5p, | 12bn

19/9/2017 08:53 | FSAwatcher, always beware of a share like CERP where discussion of problems is not tolerated. The trouble is many of the long termers like jcgswims and ThickoNorth have held this share from over 6p pre-consolidation,wh | 12bn
19/9/2017 08:53 | "As per the announcement of 11 September 2017, 17,992,308 shares are to be escrowed by Lind for at least six months from the date of issue." Personally I'm sure that Lind are very happy with this agreement as they'll not be able to sell a single one of those as LK progresses with his plans. I can't wait to see where the share price is six months from now. 26 more wells at 1 workover a week, if LK gets his new kit he can increase that to two wells per week! He turned a 2-3bopd well into a 60bopd well! The transformation has only just begun here, I can't wait to see the impact LK has made 6 months from now as the current cap is only £21m. When these produced 1500bopd in the past the cap was well in excess of £100m. I don't think he can get us to mid cap in 6 months even with his competitive advantage, but there's plenty of room to mulitbag given how low he's starting. Mid cap during his 3-5 year target looks very realistic, heck all it takes is one of those large cedros targets to be commercial at 100% wi. Regards, Ed. | edgein
19/9/2017 08:53 | shareprophets pumpin this for lind that wot they do lind need volume up and muppet pi to offload to volume dying already they goin to struggle gettin 18m shares off at this price back to 3p it goes | fsawatcher
19/9/2017 08:52 | FSAwatcher = 12thrush me thinks...Still it's good to see Jcg allow two of his three posts stand as it gives the more informed opportunity to respond with intelligent balanced argument to what are silly ideas and theory... | thenorth

19/9/2017 08:41 | OPERATIONAL -- Group oil sales in the period from Trinidad in 1H 2017 were 64,501 barrels net to Columbus (1H 2016: 84,470 barrels). Sales of oil produced in January 2017 and from storage totalled 9,154 barrels (1H 2016: 24,024 barrels). -- Goudron Field oil production was boosted in 1H 2017 by initial flow from the newly drilled Mayaro Infill wells GY-682 and GY-683, although production from these wells has since reduced substantially due to lack of pressure support, leading to major changes in operational strategy. -- Tropical Storm Bret, the worst storm to hit Trinidad in over 10 years, resulted in power line outages in June 2017 which affected Goudron Oil production for 10 days continuously.//////T | 12bn
19/9/2017 08:31 | I hope that we can get past 4p today. Shareholders were made aware of Lind share issue at the AGM, so not a reason to hold price back. | the guardian
19/9/2017 08:31 | Northpole2,if you think that those 20m shares won't be sold for 6 months then you are daft as ThickoNorth the repeat post merchant. The company is losing £11000 A DAY,how do you expect it to survive? It basically has stopped paying Lind in cash and is using shares instead. Koot is big on promises of jam tomorrow but promises cost nothing. | 12bn |
