31/7/2018 07:31 | Very interesting RNS by Predator this morning, in relation to CERP's holding and Steeldrum acquisition "The Option for Predator to acquire FRAM, a subsidiary of Steeldrum Oil Company Inc, under the Well Participation Agreement, subject to regulatory approvals, dated 17 November 2017 has been extended as a result of the amended Well Participation Agreement to 30 June 2019" Geoffrey Leid, Executive Chairman of Steeldrum Oil Company Inc., commented: "We are delighted to be working with Predator to develop C02 EOR operations in the Inniss-Trinity oil field. This will be the first C02 EOR pilot project to target lighter oil. Upscaling a successful result would have significant implications for further developing onshore Trinidad's remaining oil reserves in its mature producing fields." | spangle93
31/7/2018 07:28 | Wow what a great company, looks to have turned the tide well and truly, 26p on brokers targets, this looks like a real gem | philipo1

27/7/2018 13:20 | TG, at least we know hot weather in UK is not good for CERP share price More rain please.. | holly day
27/7/2018 13:17 | Yes, a very fresh smell with a hint of emulsion. | the guardian
27/7/2018 13:04 | TG did it bring that distinctive summer rain smell? lol.. | h van der h
27/7/2018 12:48 | hd, this morning we had the first rain for about a two months. It was a joy to watch but made it very dark indoors. It's back to being hot and sunny now. Forecast to have thunder and lightning again this evening. | the guardian
27/7/2018 11:37 | Wow Nice to see some large buys without the relentless large sells countering them as has been probably for the last three months or so. | offerman
27/7/2018 10:51 | You live in a cave TG?!...or Australia? | holly day
27/7/2018 10:34 | Hvdh - would be great if they could and LK may have that in mind but we've bought as is and I'm optimistic they can work the magic there however it pans out! | arrynillson
27/7/2018 10:07 | Many a true word offerman. I should be decorating the lounge but it's too dark to see what I'm doing and I'm not painting by lamplight. | the guardian
27/7/2018 10:01 | And the decorating don't forget ... | offerman
27/7/2018 09:57 | Arry, there you've gone and done it. With that news, all I can do to cheer myself up is watch my lawns slowly turning green again. | the guardian
27/7/2018 09:49 | Arry.. TI is the only question mark for me.. if prd buy it then great, deal done and we gained a couple of good fields in the meantime and gives cash for other targets but what if they don’t?? Renegotiate terms with petrotrin | h van der h
27/7/2018 09:40 | Another top media.. LK just oozes believability, and I for one see no reason not to! Lots of what he says makes sense, We have next to nothing debt! we don’t have to drill to satisfy MWO just so we can maintain our assets.. we make double from bonnase and south Erin (when complete) we are growing not just treading water like the old regime.. And all this is to give us the opportunity to explore SWP For that pot of black gold! Too many times we’ve seen companies (us included) run up millions of unaffordable debt only to hit pi’s with a cash raise to pay it off... I wonder how many more Trinidadian fields/small operators are going to be consolidated within the larger companies? By my count we have room for at least 5 more before we even begin to reach the numbers of some of our neighbors 😉... | h van der h
27/7/2018 09:13 | TG - don't wish to dampen your upbeat mood today but I have to point out that TI is another IPSC so won't be 'double bubble' - more about volume there to make good money but geo potential looks better than Goudron in near term. | arrynillson
27/7/2018 07:57 | Bloody exciting times ahead with what we already have let alone what's to come . I reckon within two years we could have an share price of 15p | offerman
27/7/2018 07:56 | Yes arry,I was aware. The overriding comment that sticks with me is 'bang for buck.' Every barrel of oil from Bonasse, TI etc is worth double that of a barrel from Goudron. It will therefore be interesting to see if it is worth installing the pumps in other Goudron wells. | the guardian
27/7/2018 07:55 | Loved that part JCG also about the material M&A amount too.... Also mid 2019 drill SWP | offerman
27/7/2018 07:54 | Arry Ah I'm sure I mentioned you on that on one of the posts but if not yep you're definitely on there too . You and others do make some great questions , answers, ideas strategies .I have a lot of respect for majority of posters on this thread . It's great when talking to people who know far more than I do as I can learn a lot from others as well as from the media interviews etc. Really hoping I can make their next one meet LK and team in person. | offerman
27/7/2018 07:49 | Thanks JCG Just watched it . Part I liked which I hadn't heard before when pushed about M&A LK would like 100$m material deal going forward . A brilliant interviewer it's like he reads the threads all the time on LSE and raised a lot of questions mention the PIAlso asked why anyone should invest . Great answers from LKYet again a strong performance . I mentioned quite a while ago the reason for me investing so much in here was one fundamentally important things was we are not going bust we are a producer making money and that oil isn't running out any time soon instead they expand. Not having to run to market too all the time but find from self made capital . | offerman
27/7/2018 07:46 | offerman - does this mean I will get a mention in your top posters list in future? | arrynillson
27/7/2018 07:40 | Leo's parting words at the end of his interview "We are a safe bet and a safe bet to make a lot of money" | jcgswims
27/7/2018 07:30 | Not quite our area of interest, but it shows that there is still interest and investment planned in and around Trinidad. | hpotter
27/7/2018 07:29 | Yes good points Arry I noted this too and no guarantee but at least they are trying to sort it not sat back letting dregs out . Previous equipment failed but maybe this will do the job . Perfect if it can . That was my take too Arry on other fields being a bit more straight forward no sand issues. Let's see and hopefully when they try to extract more it doesn't kick up any sand if there is any in there. | offerman |
