22/3/2018 19:15 | Organic vs. Inorganic Growth In this example, company A, the safer investment, grew revenue by 5% through organic growth. The growth required no merger or acquisition, and occurred due to an increase in demand for the company’s current products. Company B grew revenue through acquisitions by borrowing money. In fact, organic growth declined by negative 5%. Company B's growth is completely reliant on acquisitions rather than its business model. This is not a good development. | the guardian
22/3/2018 18:58 | $20m buy in maybe a little optimistic! :) But.. a partnership/JV for finding a material producing field is a possible! There’s room in the exploration royalty, for a third party imo. Potentially an investor (of some kind) that will assist in organic growth! | garnhiem80
22/3/2018 18:33 | Could it be a Partnership in the SWP exploration acreage? $20m buy in could be a good price :D | garnhiem80
22/3/2018 18:31 | Organic business growth is related to the growth of natural systems and organisms, societies and economies, as a dynamic organizational process, that for business expansion is marked by increased output, customer base expansion, or new product development, as opposed to mergers and acquisitions, which is inorganic growth. | garnhiem80
22/3/2018 18:15 | 'Material investors for a material deal which will result in a multiple of current market cap.' The big questions are - 1. How much of that will be due to an increased share price and how much will be simply due to an increased number of shares? 2. Will the material investors take their shares at a significant discount to the share price prevailing at the time? I have sent those questions to the board. | the guardian
22/3/2018 16:29 | Nice post Very true. Any added valued and shared risk with LK deal making and team should bode very well for us . | offerman
22/3/2018 15:59 | Offerman - I'm happy to offer up a slice of cake to a new investor if it enables the overall size of cake to increase by a larger factor - accretive funding it's called. The main alternative is borrowing where the bank know in advance what their share is - with LIND the APR was circa 20% pa and they had some juicy options - I'd be happy to step in for LIND big time on those terms but I think LK will go down the accretive funding route as risks are then shared. NR was cavalier about the responsibility of borrowing and almost bankrupted LGO - Ross was continually trying to hammer the nail into the NR coffin regardless of whether the baby got thrown out with the bath water - both have lots of questions to answer! | arrynillson
22/3/2018 14:14 | That's true about LK well connected indeed . Just wonder how much we have to give away of CERP for funding this new potential project. There will be no further F.R bit caped needs to come from somewhere so new partner et al willWant good deal too. Saying all that though I'm in doubt that LK and teamHave other financing options as well that I won't be aware of as I'mNo accountant . O/THi CarpMany Thanks , see doctor on Monday. | offerman
22/3/2018 11:34 | Carp - I should have left the reply to you - you seem to be able to read my mind LOL! | arrynillson
22/3/2018 11:18 | Offerman, funding could come from sources out of the blue, Leo's very well industry connected, great background, no doubt rubbed shoulders with just the right people. Let's not forget he is a managing partner in MENA Gulf Investments, they'd have the financial clout for a big transformational deal. Hope all is well with you. | carpadium
22/3/2018 10:31 | Northpole - 12bn is one of the poorest quality derampers I've seen - he is so bad he can't even get into the union! Just to give an example if he bothered to listen to the media he could picked up the ball about a mega acquisition and run with that for a while even though shareholders are pretty relaxed now about LK accretive funding! 12bn's credibility is well shot now and seemingly the next production figures have been derisked by the latest statements so I'm looking forward to a bit more ' I told you so ' shortly! | arrynillson
22/3/2018 09:54 | So what, even if Lind are? Yesterday you predicted at 8.02am a steady fall when the price was around 4.6p. It ended the day at 5.8p. Long way to go to get back to yesterday's starting point. You must have hated yesterday. | northpole2

22/3/2018 09:17 | And how Carp , Goudron cash is already earmarked for everything at present fully funded work program but enough to obtain something bigger than SWP? I'm surprised no major had got in on the act with something bigger than SWP so well done LK and teamIF this comes off..! | offerman
22/3/2018 09:15 | Couple of points - I wonder if Lind will sellsome of the 17m shares escrow .- how will we fund obtaining something even bigger than SWP? | offerman
22/3/2018 08:53 | Look at the header here,it looks impressive imo. :) The drift lower will continue imo. Now that is a 'prediction' northpole2. (I know you have difficulty working out the difference between a statement and a prediction). | 12bn
22/3/2018 08:19 | The MMs will be keen to get hold of some shares this morning. I expect a fall followed by a recovery this afternoon. Silly time to sell or even top slice. | the guardian
22/3/2018 07:59 | Schroder do not buy 12.67 percent of an oil mino for nothing they now where this is going things take longer than expected and always have done in this game | markbarker
22/3/2018 07:46 | Contemplating a larger deal ... What, bigger than the SWP? .... Possibly. | carpadium |
