Keiwi - 12bn doesn't always get it wrong - after all a broken clock is accurate twice a day and I happen to believe him when he asks ' who the hell would pay me? ' - who would pay someone who boasts about his lack of research, regularly gets his facts wrong and is foolish enough to advise readers to sell, only recently, when the share price was in the low 2s!

12bn. What is it about cerp that bugs you so much? Could it possibly be that you are wrong and cerp has absolutely no intention of undertaking any new fund raise for some time? Why would they as they've raised around £5m recently (£3m + £1m oo and $750k Lind)? Even with your calculations with your out of date historical spending numbers, that would mean it is at least 15 months before they would need any money. I suspect you are wrong again 12bn...

Looking at the larger sells this morning, it seems to me that shares are being traded by those assuming that it will be a month before we get any news. I hope they come unstuck.

You sound upset Northpole2,it does look to me that someone is selling on a regular basis and I expect 4.5p will be hit. Eventually Cerp will have to issue its production numbers and they will be massively lower than holders expectations imo. The share price will decline far on those figures,all imo of course. I also wouldn't be surprised if there were another discounted placing,as CERP was/is losing £2m every 6 months.

Thanks jcg. The second picture is much better, showing new equipment installed on a concrete plinth. Looks very well organised and is more akin to what I would have expected.

12bn. You are just a broken record. Lind are IRRELEVANT to anybody but you!!!!!! There is only around $1.5m Lind debt left out of a market cap of around £45m. Wake up and smell the coffee. CERP are repaying them in cash, the past two months has confirmed that. And I would call Schroders a "big boy". I think their funds under management totaled over $1 trillion at the last count. But you keep whinging on about Lind, Lind, Lind to your heart's content... so you can cry yourself to sleep ... if that makes you happy.

I've just bought more at 6.05 taking my holding to 149,534. I've heard that the recent trouble the Saudis are having with Iran is likely to boost the oil price to $80 Bbl.

I'm just going to sit on this now and await further developments. By value this is my largest oil holding, closely followed by CHAR and ZEN.

("Columbus", "CERP" or the "Company")

Allotment and Issue of Ordinary Shares following Receipt of Conversion Notice

CERP wishes to announce that the Company has received a conversion notice from Lind Asset Management VII, LLC ("Lind") to the value of U.S.$300,000, in accordance with the Convertible Security Funding Agreement as announced on 7 December 2016. The conversion price is fixed at 4.5 pence per share, as announced on 11 September 2017. Pursuant to this notice, 5,067,242 new ordinary shares ("New Ordinary Shares") fall to be issued.

This conversion does not affect the Company's schedule of monthly repayments of the first security and the next repayment due on 22 November 2017, will be paid in cash as agreed with Lind.

The New Ordinary Shares will rank pari passu in all respects with the Company's existing Ordinary Shares. Application has been made for the New Ordinary Shares to be admitted to trading on AIM, ("Admission"), and it is expected that Admission will become effective and that dealings in the New Ordinary Shares will commence on 14 November 2017.

Following the issue of the New Ordinary Shares, the Company's enlarged issued share capital will comprise 649,206,426 Ordinary Shares with voting rights. This figure may be used by Shareholders in the Company as denominator for the calculations by which they may determine if they are required to notify their interest in, or a change to their interest in, the Company under the Financial Conduct Authority's Disclosure Guidance and Transparency Rules.

1.2iq still a paid de-ramper I see and always has been as he could never get a proper job, but he is seriously missing his granny mentor ATM as he just hasn't got the same gaming ability.
It appears that there are a couple of things going on currently.... shorting as there has always been with this share in whatever guise. The other appears quite obvious... to me although It is only my opinion and I could be wrong... That is, there is probably a large number of Big Boys in the background trying very hard to fill their boots at a knock down prices through long established/grateful/willing to please agents before the take-off countdown starts, which again, IMHO won't be too long.

jcg, yes, may be reading too much in to this. The last tweet pic (LIND office) was a precursor to an RNS! I do however question the content of the picture as it could just as easily have been taken in the car park with a smiley pose from Leo + our Trinidad MD.

At least we have a confirmation that Leo is out there. Just hope there's no hold up with the pump company. Just found it a strange tweet to be twittered. May be he's not happy with the level of over-achieve!
