Just a reminder for anyone that actually reads this thread - 550 bopd abd CERP are cash flow positive and at the moment we are 100bopd under that figure with extra bopd being added every week... oh and the small matter of water flooding to consider where 1000bopd from one well alone is possible according to the new management team...Please listen to the video taken at the AGM that is on the companies web site.....

Good reasoned debate on here,I am glad we don't just have a desperate holder posting up the same ramping post again and again and again. I guess that is proof enough about who is correct.

I guess you guys are loving the oil price too, its not just the vertical rise in production underway. When LK can turn wells producing 3-4bopd into wells producing 60bopd then it gets exciting, especially when you've 66 imminent well targets and waterflood ongoing in the C-sands too! Just a modest increase in some of the wells will make a major impact on our cash flow which is why LK suggests all operations going forward will be funded by internal cash flow, that means more phases of waterflood and eventual deep drilling on the multi stacked deep prospects. Yes indeed NR did talk about drilling the Herrera sands below Goudron, looks like LK is the man to get the job done. 12-14 large expo targets now in the SWP with multiple objectives. I don't know what's more exciting at this point, the massive moderate depth expo potential or the impact these guys are going to have on our contingent reserves and production. Look what he's done to the workover wells so far, vertical line production increases!

Regards,
Ed.

I find it really weird how when the price gets near to 4p it then drops back down again. It always seems like that with many shows that when I get near the rounded off figure they seem to struggle? Is there any reason for this? Is it a psychological thing that the M&Ms play with. Why couldn't it's a struggle at 3.8 or 4.2 I just wondered why is it always on a rounded up figure?

I feel a TIMBERRRRRRRRRRRrrrrrrrrrrrrrrr coming on here as reality over-takes the hype and silly ramping valuations given out by Koot. What is a serial £4m a year loss maker worth? Certainly not todays market cap.

Jam tomorrow, always jam tomorrow, the fact is that Cerp/lgo is still losing £2m every 6 months, how will they cover that? Placings,Seda tap deal with Lind? No matter how you cut it LGO/Cerp is still losing money hand over fist but the ramping from Koot is even more than NR did.

We all know that there is a lot of oil on the Cedros Peninsular,we have known for years, the problem is that it is at 12000 ft and is too expensive to extract. The last time this was seriously discussed, several years ago,the cost was estimated at $15m-$20m,CERP is not in a position to even do a JV with drilling costs so high. The last time a deep drill was attempted there the drill bit was lost and no oil was recovered. The Cedros Peninsular was never again drilled to 12000 ft,for good finiancial reasons.

Simeuwin as I posted before... 1p old money prior to conciliation is around 20p today's money... back then we had third division management vs premier league today... add on the WF project as well as the CWSP generating additional BOPD I think 20p is way way undervalued based on these facts alone but that is my own opinion... I would not consider parting way with my modest holding below 100p but except there is a way to go as it's not my timeframe that controls the share price ... Oh I also forgot to mention Spain, Bolt and our 800lbs gorilla that is just waiting to get out of the cage... and I expect like most companies these things to be built into the share price ...
