SmoggyG - i haven't claimed I am able to finesse the market whereas you actively provide investment ' advice ' without appreciating the consequences on the finances for the advice taker. Furthermore you claim no financial interest whatsoever in the ' advice ' you give which most people would have difficulty in believing as they are aware there are some extremely unscrupulous posters on these boards 12bn!

arry,it was at 2.4p (new money,0.12p at the time) and I have admitted that I underestimated the LK affect on the sp,I made a mistake in thinking the markets wouldn't respond as they did,with blind optimism. The herd took the share price to 7.25p and it was obviously a time to sell but you couldn't work that out. Cerp is the same old LGO imo,it issues shares like confetti and drives the share price ever lower and then consolidates at 20:1,which wipes out holders! Rinse and repeat for a new set of punters. With £5m worth of annual group losses what else can Cerp do? I am expecting another 'shares for cash deal' soon,maybe at 3p?

3.7p bid already,I can see Cerp hitting my 3.5p on the bid, probably today. Will the share price go to 3.5p offer? Quite likely. I am nearly as good as 12bn when it comes to forecasts for Cerp prices. :)

Someone bought at 3.4950p,so I was correct and the share price did go below 3.5p offer! Will it go below again? I suspect that it will.

Research who has these 3.5p shares and then ask yourself if the people that own them are selling in the open market?Clearly NOT!Smoggy formally known as 12bn is a paid deramper and not a very good one at that. The boys and I are watching his posts and believe through our connections others are too. Quite a narrow path to walk in miss leading people by posting negative slants to what appears to be positive news.

RE: Oil Price There’s a few things to consider in a volatile oil price environment.

1. The field contract.
Goudron and Trinity are both on IPSC’s and provide the bulk of Group production although not highly lucrative with increasing oil prices it does soften the blow on falling prices,

2.Size of Interest held
Any partnerships held would also require financial stability for announced developments.

3. Development opportunities.
It’s important to have a range of opportunities for development even in a low oil price environment.

4. Loans
You wouldn’t want a high levels of unaffordable debt.
