What a sad life you live 12bn. Funny way to get your kicks. Why is it you feel so happy when a company's share price falls for a certain period? Just how do you KNOW cerp won't be cashflow positive by the end of the year? The answer is you don't, you're just guessing based on old, out of date historical information. Time will tell.

offerman, my point was:

1. Any rise will start off from a lower base and so will not reach the same high point that it would have done had the share price been 7p.

2. People are less likely to trade a share when they know that news could come at any time and catch them out. If it becomes tradition that we are restricted to quarterly
updates, then there will be plenty of time to sell and buyback with the expectation that the share price will fall over the three month period.

I know that others don't see it that way but history tells me otherwise.

Absoloutely oil.Everyone can top up. TG of course there will be sellers after the next news if positive which will push share price up then the sellers were moving but then new buyers will probably feel more confident about production figures cash flow and those types of investors who are more safe investors will invest knowing that their investment is in safe hands where you me and many others are risktakers hence LGO before and much less of a risk now with LK . And so on and so on as the risk decreases.

The positives of that are that those who got only a few alloted shares in the recent placing will be able to pick up some more nearer 5p.Every cloud eh?

Now that the Record date has passed, shareholders who intend to order some 5p shares can sell their old holding at a 15-20% profit. There could be a lot of them and unless they are outnumbered by new buyers, the share price will probably fall back in the next few days, in the absence of news, to just above 5p.

It's human nature to pocket cash if someone gives it to you.

The problem is that if we wait until Christmas for news, the price will spike and then profit taking and shorters will take us back down. We need regular news, not just quarterly updates. There are more short term traders and shorters around than there are investors.

Are we still 'in the channel' holly?

I see that TRIN's sale of its West Coast Assets to RRL has fallen through because of doubts the T & T Regulator has.

If anyone thinks Cerp will be cash flow positive by Xmas, as suggested by the chief ramper, then I reckon they deserve to get ripped off.

The dead cat bounce seems to be over here, the decline should resume soon. There are just too many 4.5p and 5p shares around.

You are such a sad person 12bn. You say LK is a ramper? You are the most depressing individual with no ability to believe that things just might (just might!) be different at CERP. I will laugh my socks off when CERP announces they are cashflow positive. Will you then admit you are wrong? I suspect you will come up with some other excuses. Oh, and the stocks are going up again as I type. Shame.
