If this is such a good prospect why is it being ramped to high heaven on twitter?.It was going to be news this week, now it's news next week. A lot of ifs and jam tmrw.The price continues to drop and not what the rampers wanted or expected.

Looks like the guys who participated in the placing are selling. That doesn't give much of an incentive to get involved. More sells than buys. Another dog

It's an out and out gamble but looks like they have waited until October so the Itaiian power supplier can start making money again (I imagine no one in Italy needs the heating on come April). If and it's a big if they have a decent business lined up that wants a listing it might come good, a 10/1 shot maybe.
