11/6/2009 09:13 | MANAGMENT BUY OUT ON THE CHEAP | 22298
10/6/2009 19:32 | maybe results are due soon!? This company should be making a profit soon. and more... | signature1977
10/6/2009 18:07 | some good volume buying today. what's triggering this? looks like more than just following the market up imho. | donaferentes
10/6/2009 11:08 | doing very nicely again today, decent stream of buying | empirestate
09/6/2009 11:45 | has seen decent trade volume in last few weeks, reckon momentum could be maintain to 20+ | empirestate
06/5/2009 10:15 | I trade more short term, event and story driven stocks, however I have held COH for a couple of years now! Currently have SLN, HOIL, CFM, I have been buying sln for a few weeks from low 20's think it is a very exciting company but mainly I believe it will be bought by a major very soon. HOIL is another relatively new holding and they will be sold shortly after some great news today. CFM is a bit riskier but still quite exciting and with some huge assets now back on stream bid rumours have started circulating and I am looking for 25p for those. Few more bits in the portfolio but nothing to rave about. Happy hunting | cool runnings
06/5/2009 09:55 | I'm more in selling mode with the rebound in small caps. I've followed COH for years - the COH team has done a great job of building the brand and business, but still not convinced they will ever generate the free cash to justify the market cap. Of mine, I reckon Brixton is interesting at the current price - the commercial property market has perhaps bottomed, improving their chances of an asset disposal or equity raising to keep them afloat. If so, their discount to NAV is daft. (If not, it won't be great). What about yourself? | touch2002
06/5/2009 09:29 | Fair point Touch, I probably posted in hope..What other stocks do you play in if you don't mind me asking? Regards CR | cool runnings
06/5/2009 09:16 | Why upwards? this trades on c.12x EV/'normalised' EBITDA for a chain of coffee stores that has spent 8 years without really proving it can make real money. lfl sales look fine, but only because they are stated after excluding the stores with -ve lfls 'held for disposal'! These have long traded above fair value - the whole PE community looked at these early last year and concluded the same. Possibly interesting at 1/3 of the price. touch. | touch2002
06/5/2009 08:35 | Good trading update, should move upwards from these levels imo | cool runnings
01/5/2009 20:47 | Trading update next week, should read nicely, currency concerns back in line and trading is still robust with no current decrease in volumes. Fair value 20p but should have a bid premium of some kind I would suggest?! | cool runnings
01/5/2009 16:43 | good to see blue days return | rwcarlos
30/4/2009 18:24 | Any ideas on previous trends when the trading update is made? Ticked up today with some volume ... Which is a good sign ... Any thoughts appreciated. TIA | terewok

20/4/2009 18:43 | There has GOT to be something to say about these!! | rupert_bear
29/3/2009 19:25 | The bonds issue, which took place in May this year, amounted to 14 million zlotys - around £2.33m. Worthington wanted his debt in the same currency as his revenues. And he thinks he has enough development capital to fund the next round of expansion - ultimately 50 stores by 2006. '£2.5m doesn't sound a lot here, but you can build an awful lot of stores for that in Poland,' he says. He believes that the Warsaw Stock Exchange has the capacity to become highly successful in the coming years, but says that it is still too liquid for his purposes and remains passionately committed to the Alternative Investment Market. | notachance3
29/3/2009 19:22 | for the 12 months to 31 March 2004.!!!!!!!! | notachance3
29/3/2009 18:47 | taken from the end of year results!!!!!!!!!!! In the current year CHIP has fully hedged its USD rental exposure for the 12 months to 31 March 2004. However because of the current strength of the EUR and its anticipated weakening against the PLN over the coming year, CHIP has not, as at the date of this report, hedged this position. WHY SHOULD COH HEDGE A POSITION THAT DOES NOT EXIST. | stuie
29/3/2009 18:19 | stuie - 3 Mar'09 - 09:46 - 7782 of 7784 coffee heaven pay there rents for properties and supplies in dollars NONSENSE, they pay in local currencies, do some research you will know how much nonsense that statement is | notachance3
17/3/2009 17:13 | Continuing thin volume, uncertain short term outlook, a fading price is to be expected imho. | cordwainer
03/3/2009 10:07 | that doesnt make sense... expenses in dollars.. revenue in Zloty.. Zloty has gone from 2-2.5 PLN per USD to over 4 PLN per USD... that the pound has also slid against the dollar will only reduce the effect on revenue conversion. I think Coffeeheaven story is a good one.. but for now.. in these markets.. steer clear until there is sign of a turnaround.. unless you want to hold for the takeover play.. which is a distinct possibility. | petethehippy
03/3/2009 09:46 | coffee heaven pay there rents for properties and supplies in dollars. All income is in zlottys or non sterling/dollar currency. The zlotty is getting back to its original position against the pound ,but the last 6 months will be very good.coh must have made a bundle on currency translations alone,it would have been even better if the dollar was not so strong on the pound. stu | stuie
02/3/2009 13:11 | looks like new coh opening at the end of fashion street in Budapest, close to the meridian hotel. Shopfitters are in there at the moment with boards in the window indicating that its going to be coh store. I hope its better than the one in the Arena plaza i am in there at the moment and I am the only customer :-0 . till receipt indicates there have only been 8 transactions all day the store close to the nyugatti railway station looks pretty busy though | bamber6 |
