01/10/2007 09:18 | Now that is a chart. | wiganer
01/10/2007 09:10 | What a sorry state this co is now in - 70% below its float price and 80% off its high several years out. Absolutely dire. I have been a lone voice over the years re my opinion of the perceived deficiencies of the management however after this latest warning surely they can't have much remaining support. | alibongo612
27/9/2007 18:21 | Well, she's showing a substantial loss on them. | ilancas
27/9/2007 17:10 | So Mrs Dixon is still buying. | boadicea
27/9/2007 08:07 | No sooner said than another profit warning is announced. | ilancas
26/9/2007 11:51 | "Outlook As indicated in previous statements the core manufacturing services business continues to face a challenging and unpredictable pattern of demand, both geographically and by product type, further exacerbated by the cancellation of signed business as was the case with the recently announced GSK/IAVI contract, which has resulted in the lower than expected forward order book. Accordingly, despite a good performance in the first half of the financial year, the Directors advise that market expectations for the full financial year will not be met. However we will continue to pursue outstanding contract signatures to fill the vacant slots currently available for the remainder of the financial year and new contracts which are currently being negotiated for the next financial year. Additionally, opportunities to reduce the volatility of the business continue to be actively pursued." Well, if they are making any progress they are certainly keepng quiet about it. | ilancas
18/9/2007 21:58 | In your dreams | alibongo612
14/9/2007 12:49 | hmmmm...a little bit of blue....someone nibbling a few as yet undeclared. Do hope so as it's about time we had a bounce in this one. | skyship
06/9/2007 16:24 | Mrs Dixon still adding?? Not a lot of deals going through but there is a certain regularity about the deal sizes - 12.5k, 25k or 50k. The 25 and 50k lots look mainly like buys (never mind advfn as these are delayed publication.) Maybe she sees this as a t/o possibility and hopes for a premium on a strategic stake. | boadicea
04/9/2007 10:41 | Major shareholders: Dixon, Mr & Mrs 15.0% 2,930,000 Invesco UK 14.8% 2,900,200 Cavendish Asset Management 8.9% 1,735,000 Collins Stewart (Channel Islands) 6.1% 1,202,750 New Star Select Opportunities Fund 5.1% 1,000,000 Barclays Stockbrokers 3.8% 747,330 19,591,170 ordinary 10p shares in issue | ilancas
19/8/2007 20:29 | Cobra's website states top shareholder (15%) as 'Mr and Mrs Dixon', as opposed to Mrs Dixon | rohkap
17/8/2007 14:55 | So it wasn't Mrs Dixon alone. | ilancas
16/8/2007 17:41 | Where's that RNS? | skyship
15/8/2007 20:30 | wonder what the bid price might be. Could be tempted to throw in a low 50s bid? | rohkap
15/8/2007 16:56 | Shareholder >3% Percentage Invesco UK 14.80% 2,900,200 Collins Stewart (CI) Limited 9.30% 1,815,750 Cavendish Asset Management 8.10% 1,590,000 New Star Select Opportunities Fund 5.10% 1,000,000 Barclays Stockbrokers 4.60% 892,457 Fidelity Investments 3.60% 701,900 So it has to be Invesco selling out. If Mrs Dixon has bought, she holds 28%, just below the level which would trigger a bid for the company. | ilancas
15/8/2007 16:45 | It's at the bid price, so perhaps a distressed seller? There no doubt will be an RNS to tell us who's bought and who's sold. | ilancas
15/8/2007 11:38 | She could well be the buyer...? | slj
15/8/2007 11:26 | A x-trade of 2.88m shares - that's 14.7% of the Company!! Worth investigating.....wh EDIT - I see that Mrs Dixon last held 2.65m (13.5%) - so it could well be her - but why the x-trade @ 35p. Surely can't be bailing out at these levels....or could she? There again.....who would take the stock other than a bidder. Perhaps an entirely innocent piece of chair shuffling - time will tell.... | skyship
08/7/2007 09:23 | Equity Development reduces target to 59p but remains broadly positive on name. Says that next couple of weeks are important in terms of new contract news. They are predicting a FY loss of £500k | rohkap
05/7/2007 10:25 | So Mrs Dixon supported the share price - she either thinks or knows something we don't or has more money than sense ;-) The Company received notification on 3 July 2007 that Mrs D Dixon holds 2,640,000 ordinary shares in the Company. This represents 13.5% of the entire issued ordinary share capital of the Company. | dpmcq
05/7/2007 10:25 | Hope Mrs Dixon is in the know at least then we may get some possitive share action. | dpmcq
04/7/2007 21:50 | Total conjecture and wishfull thinking. Nevertheless if it were to come to fruition at say a 20% premium then I for one would have lost a shedload. | alibongo612 |
