On 12 March 2019, the 2015 RSP award of 4,048 shares issued to Jim Barber vested, and 1,501 shares were sold to cover tax and other deductions due on that vest, at a price of 116.2 pence per share. Mr Barber retained the balance of 2,547 shares as required by his shareholding requirement.
