Director Declaration

Coats Group plc ('Coats' or the 'Company') announces that it has been notified that Rajiv Sharma (Group CEO and an Executive Director of the Company) has joined the Board of Raymond Lifestyle Limited ('RLL') as a Non-Executive Director. RLL has subsequently listed on BSE Limited (the Bombay Stock Exchange) and the National Stock Exchange of India Limited (NSE India) on 5 September 2024.

As previously announced, Rajiv will step down from Coats on 1 October 2024.

This information is disclosed in accordance with LR 9.6.14 (2).
