I think we will see 4p in the next few weeks, news will get around that they have huge reserves in an established shallow water area with existing infrastructure, no debt and an experienced board.

It's more of a case of what kind of farm out can they secure in the current climate, rather than if they can secure one.

and 3.24p a few moments ago............and then there was a small spike up............that may mean that there is now a shortage of stock after the last week or so when a good percentage of the companies shares changed hands.

Tend to agree anley..The share price on this share has been manipulated over the last few months ,the favoured few will have been nicely tucking them away with the market makers approval,not sure the guff about the computer being to blame is believed any more.Only my view of course .Regardless I think we are close to some good share price enhancing news ..

Therealdeal5 the trades are marked as buys or sells depending on which side of the mid price the shares are traded at. If you are able to buy at less than mid price it will be marked as a sell. It is not games being played it's just the trading system trying to interpret the trade. Someone please correct me if I am wrong on this!

With respect to cash call we don't need cash to keep going till year end but as Algy hinted at Clnr are open to new licences and also aquisitions,depending on what is in the mix going forward cash could be needed above our running costs.Imdoubt the company would want to raise at current share price levels and so if we have a cash call I am confident we would raise after any rerate.As for the share price movements and large trades I suspect the spread is being moved to suit trades rather than trades moving the spread.

View Thread (2)CASHTue 13:58I spoke to Andrew Nunn yesterday and discussed the cash position (mainly as I wanted to ascertain if there was any placing on the way).

To clarify, the company is financially well positioned to cover all administrative overheads until at least the end of the year. Therefore cash is not a problem at this current point in time. Whether any further cash is needed will be dependent on the details of the farm in but it could quite possible be that CLNR get a free carry dependent on what is offered (so again might not need cash for the drill).

Anyone who is genuinely concerned or had questions would be (and should be) contacting the company for clarification.

CLNR has plenty of news flow coming and I think should have a good run over the next few weeks. I personally think this will surpass the 52 week highs of 7 - 8p in the very near term.
