After all said and done we can only wait for Mr Cluff to do a deal and in the meantime have a flutter on some more shares if that's your bent!

I have tried and the MM will not deal........

Mind you the overall percentage interest of the assets is probably lower than CLNR's would be in a deal?

ANLEY Would that make us about 13p by comparison, not sure if I've worked that out right?

Gas price has been more resilient than oil. Gas I believe is the better resource to follow.

I have had a very quick look at JOG and this is what my findings came to - please accept that if someone wishes to comment it may be best that they check my figures and then we can slowly build a NAV profile.

STATOIL now have a 70% of the blocks in question and are providing $25m for costs all for (at the moment) 118mbo.....so just oil and not gas.

That leaves JOG with 18% and $2m of cash and my estimates are that it took 6 months to put this deal together.

When the deal was going live the share price was 50p+ and is now 250p+ with a current M/Cap of £26m.

The difference between JOG and CLNR is oil V gas.......so how one should value CLNR!!

I am sure when the right pieces of news start to fall in to place this will go the same way as JOG.

Between 5p and 6p is what I would like to see on the basis that the news is a farm-in partner.
But I have a different view on where Mr Cluff stands in all this as he will not want to be seen as offering a bargin to a third party.........the market will quickly make its mind up on this topic.
Well here we are in April so if my time table is true this is the month.

Greetings all

Similar trading pattern to past few days if not weeks.

Happy to wait for news but understand those who need more immediate news.

what's your target sell price Anley ?

You may not wish to show your hand but in reality it will hardly impact on price movements

You seem to have played this well, and the text book states we should have an exit price point in mind............

MMS looking for the level for a two way trade and achieving it, creates some business for them while we're waiting!

If we get past the results and in to the summer without a deal this will be back nearer 2 p; a great buy for the brave, On the other hand however if the resource we have here is that attractive and lucrative to a larger resource company you would expect a deal sooner than later

Either the big money or a placing although we have enough cash from the last placing unless we need more cash for something specific.

Hopefully you are right - I added anyway at 2.59 - caused the share price to fall!

Not too fussed about price drop as it seems clear that some manipulation of the so is going on.If we are to get good news going forward then it's clear the money people will want to get in as cheap as possible and they take precedence .

Yep very frustrating curry but stupidly cheap given our assets. An update from Algy would not go amiss.
