Roar aim1 I have said it before the way this company has gone about things is shameful

They raise 15 million pounds potentially years before it is needed and diluted shareholders into oblivion whilst they were at it

Now they decide to change the company name which is the highlight of the AGM attended by 2 people

What’s not to get excited by?

Well let’s hope they don’t get carried away otherwise they will be paying people to take them

This is a direct result of raising too much too soon and swamping the market in shares
This is no JOG who currently have very few shares in issue

When exactly will they need the money to drill?

All we know is that they are a seller and are updating the market every 1% threshhold that's breached. No reason to assume that it's not ongoing, nothing has changed to point to it having stopped.

That is assuming that the institution wants to sell all their shares!

Don’t get me wrong I do think that this company is now on the wrong lines however they have 12-13 million cash which assumes 4 years working capital if Shell doesn’t proceed
The other institutional investors are not going to sit and watch their money wasted I would hope

For those who have never witnessed the carnage an institutional seller does to a shareprice then pull up a seat. Cannacord have 206 million shares left to sell, this will devastate the share price I'm genuinely sorry for all holders but this is the final nail in the coffin here, your investment is now at serious and significant risk.

Not surprising that the Co announced this is as after hours RNS, generally companies do this to try and hide bad news in the hope that large parts of the market will have switched off for the day and miss the announcement. Obviously I can;t say for definite that this was CLNR's motives, so you'll have to form your own opinion on that. Like I said a few days ago, it's also not surprising that Anley appeared on these boards ramping this a few days before bad news announced.

Seems like a lot of people have lost trust/faith in Cluff Natural Resources the institutions paid 1.75p and are offloading at 0.6p which is a mega loss

The major shareholders should be in there asking questions failure to do this will lead in my opinion to this company wasting 13 million pounds over a number of years and getting nowhere

As mentioned before why go after yet more licences when you can’t drill the ones you already have it’s ridiculous the strategy is fundamentally flawed and everyone can see it

You would be better looking for better uses for the money or better still returning it before it’s too late

You can’t keep kicking the can down the road as people have had enough me included who loved this company until recently

I think you are wrong

Am guessing at 0.1p this company appear to have lost the plot from what I have read
They seem more worried about changing the company name than preserving cash and they are paid huge sums when the share price has been in terminal decline

And what really made me split out my tea when I read it had been a transformational year for the company

It sure has 5p to 0.6p today

This has to be amongst the worst performers on AIM yet big fat bonuses were paid for what exactly?

Rns anytime soon or are we going to wait for another waterfall?

Had a look at the chart and I think the worst case scenario now I is 0.2p. If it get's there I will possibly buy at around 0.2p.

This isn;t looking good now, the guy that asked about buying at 0.65p couple weeks ago still has the option to trade out of them at no loss currently, I would not be confident about where this is going now, but 0.65 was still a good buy becasue it gave you the option. If this continues in it's current trend, honestly, who knows where it stops now and with no news likley till end of year I fear the worst here. 0.5p is the next physcological level, but who knows if it will even stop there.If a copuple of the institutions decide to scale out of O&G given the current climate then this could be in for a really bumpy ride. Sorry to all holders.

I keep saying it but look for some junior miners with plenty upside potential and you might be able to make some of the losses from here back over the coming months. I can see one of the biggest bull runs in history in the metals and mining sectors potentially lasting for the next year or 2 so don;t miss out on other opportunities by being pig headed here.

Someone wants out...and quick, 5m sell at 0.6p. I wonder who that was...not pointing any fingers in Anley's direction or anything but I did say there was a repeatable pattern of him coming on the board ramping nonsense then huge sells or price crashes occuring...hmmm are you still getting your info from FISKE Anley, are they classed as insiders? Hmmmmmm, all very fishy.
